1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

When you use a game, you may type letters, words, or scrambled inputs. Those values are processed entirely in your browser to compute results. We do not transmit them to our servers.

If you create an optional account, we collect your email address, display name, and a securely hashed version of your password. If you choose Google or Facebook sign-in, that provider gives us your provider account identifier, email address, and profile name. We load a social provider's sign-in software only after you open the sign-in dialog.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Optional first-party analytics. If you allow analytics in Privacy choices, your browser is assigned a random visitor identifier (UUID) stored in localStorage and a first-party cookie. Our beacon then sends a small POST to /api/track with: the visitor ID, the page path, time spent on the page, your browser's reported language, screen size, connection type (navigator.connection.effectiveType), and the names (not values) of cookies set on this site. The server adds country/region/city as derived by Cloudflare from your IP address (the IP itself is not stored), and parses the User-Agent header into device-type, OS, and browser categories. This data is kept in our analytics database and used to render the admin dashboard. If analytics is rejected, the beacon does not create the identifier or send analytics. It also respects the Do Not Track signal — if DNT is on, no beacon data is sent or stored.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard request metadata — IP address, timestamp, user agent, referring page, and response status — for security, abuse prevention, and operational reliability. Cloudflare's privacy practices are described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Aggregate Cloudflare Web Analytics (if enabled). When enabled, Cloudflare collects privacy-preserving aggregate metrics (pageviews, referrers, country-level geo) without using cookies.

2.3 Information collected by third parties

• Google AdSense. If you allow advertising, we may load AdSense to serve advertisements on this site. Google and its partners may receive your IP address, browser and device information, the page URL, and advertising identifiers, and may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. If you consent to personalised advertising, ads may be based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services. • Google Fonts. We load typefaces from Google's CDN (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). Google may log the request as described in their Fonts privacy FAQ.
• jsDelivr CDN. We load an open-source English word list from cdn.jsdelivr.net. jsDelivr may log the request as described in jsdelivr.com/terms/privacy-policy.

3. How we use information

• To run the games and tools you've requested.
• To show per-device usage statistics to the site administrator.
• To serve advertising (via Google AdSense).
• To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, and security issues.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information for money. If you allow advertising, Google and its advertising partners may process information for personalised or targeted advertising; some privacy laws define that activity as a "sale" or "sharing." You can opt out by turning off Advertising in Privacy choices. We also disclose information to the providers needed to operate the Service — Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (advertising, fonts, and optional social sign-in), Facebook (optional social sign-in), and jsDelivr (CDN) — and when required by law.

6. Your choices

• Change site privacy choices at any time by opening Privacy choices. Optional analytics and advertising are off unless you allow them.
• Block cookies in your browser settings, or use private/incognito mode.
• Opt out of personalised ads at google.com/settings/ads and aboutads.info/choices.
• Disable the local beacon by enabling Do Not Track in your browser — our beacon respects it and will not record.
• Clear local storage for this site at any time via your browser's privacy settings.

7. Data retention

Your privacy choice is stored for up to 180 days. If analytics is allowed, the random visitor cookie lasts for up to 400 days unless you withdraw consent or clear it sooner. Cloudflare and Google retain data according to their own policies.

8. Children

This site is general-audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us and we'll remove it.

9. International transfers

Cloudflare and Google operate globally. Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., the EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top, and we will request a new privacy choice when a change requires it.
